When you click on certain file extentions like .mp3 for a good example. It
offers you three options, 
open using ....      choose
save file to disk

What I'm thinking is, if the .... could be a drop down list, which defaults to
the system default, but having an add choice button, so you can add different
programs to open the file with an access them easily. This would make it just as
easy for the novice, but allow the advanced user to quickly choose the way it
which the file it to be used quickly. For instance, I usually open my .mp3 files
in winamp, but sometimes if they are an "enchanced" mp3 I want to open them in
winrip to see the added content.
Second feature idea, this one not quite as nice, but an ability to to do open
with and save as at the same time would be an interesting feature, basically
directing it to not open it from a temp directory?? yes no? seperate bug?

Reasonable ideas, but we've got real problems needing fixing here first.
