Any ad loaded on any video is extremely choppy on Lotar computer regardless of hardware acceleration. This is occurring in release version 45.0.2 as well.

From attachment 8743063 [details], BasicCompositor seems always used. It is software composition, not hardware. > GPU Accelerated Windows: 0/1 Basic (OMTC) Blocked for your graphics driver version. Try updating your graphics driver to version 182.65 or newer.

Updating driver from 8.15.11.8593 to 9.18.13.908 appears to have resolved most choppiness issues with ads. Including new about:support
