This does not occurs when e10s disabled.
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Open URL
2. Scroll to near the bottom of the page
3. Scroll by thumb
Mouse down on the thumb.
And move to the slightly left, so that the mouse pointer is in hte content area.
And move the mouse to the upward / downward.
Actual Results:
The scroll thumb and page contents is jumping up and down.
Page footer flickers while scrolling.
Expected Results:
Not so that.
The thumb and page contents should be moving smoothly.
bug 1260018 did not fix this problem.

I can reproduce this. Might be related to bug 1265806.

Yeah, that's a regression from bug 1258851 as well.

Confirmed that the patch in bug 1265806 fixes this for me locally.
