Youtube has slightly choppy video at 1080p in standard and a bit more in full-screen. Choppiness disappears when hardware acceleration is turned on. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zKkKGlMLkow

Twitch video and audio out of sync medium and up in standard then laggy, choppy, and out of sync in full-screen medium and up. No apparent difference with hardward acceleration on. https://www.twitch.tv/

It would appear that there may have been some extremely minor performance increase from going from driver 9.18.13.4174 to 9.18.13.4195, but all issues are still present.
