Page renders correctly in Netscape 4.78, but not in Mozilla 0.9.8. The login
userid and password input boxes missing as well and the submit button. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open http://www.ibm.com/shop/epp

Expected Results:  See Netscape 4.78 and IE 5.5 renderings

This is the line that causes the problem:

Apparently the closing of the comment is not respected. As a result, the
following line and about 300 after it are ignored as comments. At least that is
what the source view shows.

IBM Seems to have changed the site code. 

New Lines reads:
