For all the following videos it made no difference whether hardware acceleration was on or off.

Youtube 360 the 360 controls didn't show up. Also had choppiness at 1440 and above in both full-screen and standard. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-xNN-bJQ4vI

Vimeo some choppiness at 1080 when full-screened https://vimeo.com/channels/staffpicks/162434937

Facebook video has sound, but no video when playing in HD. Works fine in SD. https://www.facebook.com/TrexTuesdays/

Twitch has audio/video sync issues when on medium quality and up in full-screen. https://www.twitch.tv/

After updating driver from 8.15.11.9038 to 9.18.13.4195 everything remained the same except:

Youtube 360 controls work now, though it now is choppy at 1080 and up.

Vimeo choppiness went away.
