It's used for remote media-control.
After landing bug 1235612, we can't use the "audio-playback" event to know whether the media content is managed by AudioChannelService (ie. Is AudioChannelAgent alive?)
The life length of the remote media control should be equal to the AudioChannelAgent's for audible object.
STR.
1. Play any audible media
2. Remote control interface appears
3. Press "pause" button from remote control
Expected.
4. The control interface still exists
Actual.
4. The control interface disappears

After discuss with baku, we would re-use the "audiochannel-activity" event which it's not used anymore since we don't support b2g now.
