The tabs show only the fav icons, they dont show the title of the page, and they
are very small....just big enuff to show the icons.

This happens when i increase the size of the browser. I have a 1280x1024 desktop
and i keep mozilla at about 90% of this size. When i reduce the size to half,
the tabs look normal, but when i maximize it again, they become small,
containing only the icon again.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Keep the mozilla window 'small', say 640x480 on a 1280x1024 desktop
2. Goto multiple sites thru the tabbed interface so that all tabs show full info
including page title and icon
3. Now increase the size of the mozilla window, the tabs will 'shrink' to show
only the icon.

Expected Results:  The tabs should just remaing constant size
