In the designs, the form is missing the privacy policy checkbox/link, and instead has a terms and conditions checkbox. Just confirming it’s okay to omit the privacy policy checkbox.

We need to include the privacy check box.

the privacy policy is one of the links provided in the terms and conditions link. Is this enough?

:jbertsch - What do you think in regards to the comment above? The Terms and Conditions checkbox has a link next to it that scrolls the user down to the T&C details, which contain a message about and link to our privacy policy.
Is that indirect link to the privacy policy sufficient, or do we need both checkboxes underneath the submit button?

A few questions that have arisen during development:
1. We need a title and description for the page. Have those been written?
2. Should we provide the HTML/Text format option in the form (as we do on other newsletter forms), or hard code to one or the other?
3. While the test flight program is en-US only, will the newsletter also only be available only in English? If not, we'll need to let the user choose their preferred language (based on those available for the newsletter).

Hi,
I know Jess already sent this update to jpetto, but wanted to add it to the bug so it's captured in one place... The newsletter ID a.k.a SLUG is " ios-beta-test-flight "

Jon,
Talked to Mike Han and they are requesting to remove the first name, last name and country fields and only keep the email field.

Talked with Ty today regarding the design impact of removing the fields. Our recommendation is to have Ty spend about an hour today re-working the design, then I'll implement the necessary code changes (probably 2-3 hours). Hopefully we can have the PR ready for review by EOD.

Hi-
Based on my conversation this AM with jpetto about the LOE to make this change, I think we have to go live with the page as is and not put more effort into this story now.

Sounds like its 2-3 hours of work.. will this be able to be completed by end of next week? If so, Id like to wait. Legal has asked us not to collect this information if we dont need it - and we really dont. Itll also help us increase the conversion rates.
