STR: 1. Download Fennec Nightly from nightly.mozilla.org and launch it 2. Navigate to http://people.mozilla.org/~bballo/ 3. Try tapping on one of the links. The tap is completely ignored - the link is not highlighted, and no navigation to a new page occurs. This happens regardless of zoom level. Fennec Aurora works fine, so I assume this is a C++ APZ issue.

I thought this was reliably reproducible, but after having installed a modified local build with logging enabled, I can't repro it. I guess it's some sort of intermittent issue.

I haven't seen this since that first time, and since it's not reproducible I'm going to close it as WFM. We can reopen it if it comes back.
