With Developer Tools, there are 3 ways to take a screenshot of a Web page:

* Use the "screenshot" command on Developer Toolbar
* Click Screenshot button on the Toolbox
* Click Screenshot button in the Responsive Design Mode

Only the last one doesn't take hi-res screenshots, so I always have to use the CLI to do it.

Could you retest in the latest Nightly?  Bug 1262594 should have just fixed this a few days ago.
