Description

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1261680 +++

I encountered an insecure connection warning when visiting https://www1.voterinfo.gov.hk/ only after bug 1245280 is fixed.
I think it is similar to the situation in bug 1261680.

The site works prior Nightly 2016-04-03 build, in Chrome Release and Microsoft Edge.

The site works now by default in Nightly 2016-04-30 build, after bug 1267463 landed.
I can force an insecure connection by changing the value of security.pki.name_matching_mode to 3.

Please mark this as fixed, thanks. (I can only mark it as WORKSFORME)
I think the closest thing we have to "this was fixed by a different bug" is marking it as a duplicate.
