Details
Testing with the 0202203 windows build on win2K the links at mozillazine.org
require 2 clicks to follow. Click a link at
http://mozillazine.org/talkback.html?article=2153 and see the URL bar update and
the link get a focus ring but a new page isn't loaded. Hitting the reload button
or the link again loads the page properly

I'm seeing this as well (Win98, also 2002022003)
When I load the page by clicking on the link again (haven't tried reload), the
Back button doesn't quite work as expected - it takes me to the top of the
displayed page, not to the previous page as expected.
