[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Open the latest Nightly/Aurora.

3. In the Navigation Bar, look for the User Agent Switcher add-on and set Google Chrome as a desktop browser and the operating system to Apple Mac-OS.
4. Navigate to www.netflix.com.
5. Play any video.
6. Click on the volume icon and change the volume from the control bar.

[Expected result]:
The volume control bar should not have a white dotted rectangle around it.

[Actual result]:
The volume control bar has a white dotted rectangle around it. (please see attached screenshot)

[Additional notes]:
- Issue does not reproduce on Windows.
- Issue does not reproduce if the videos are played with Silverlight.
Kevin - we seem to be getting a minor cosmetic issue on Mac. It probably isn't CDM specific.
