Youtube 360 starts to get slightly choppy at 1080 in full-screen and very minor choppiness at 1440 in windowed mode. Hardware acceleration doesn't appear to have any effect. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-xNN-bJQ4vI

Release 45.0.2 gets video lag/lockup sometimes on Youtube 360 at 1440 and up win windowed or full-screen. Hardware acceleration has no effect. All other issues appear to be the same.

After updating driver from 8.630.0.0 to 8.970.100.1100 all issues remain the same, except when hardware acceleration is turned on on Youtube 360 the resolution can't go beyond 1080. All higher options are removed.
