Hardware acceleration appears to have no visible effect on the following videos.
Youtube 360 has minor choppiness at 720 in full-screen and 1080 in windowed mode. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-xNN-bJQ4vI
ABCnews has minor video choppiness and audio/video sync issues in full-screen and windowed mode. http://abcnews.go.com/WNT/video/day-zookeeper-mauled-tiger-florida-scare-emerges-toronto-38496132
In release 45.0.2 Youtube 360 gets some video lag/lockup at 1080. All other issues appear to be the same.

After updating driver from 8.17.12.5896 to 9.18.13.908:
Vimeo is now getting choppiness at 1080 in full-screen.
Twitch is now getting choppiness at high quality in full-screen.
All other issues remain the same.
Will be attaching new about:support
