[Prerequisites]:
- In about:config set the following preferences
  - loop.copy.ticket to 255
  - loop.copy.throttler to mozilla.org
  - loop.server to https://loop-dev.stage.mozaws.net/v0
- Have the Firefox Hello Beta 1.3.0 installed (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/firefox-hello-beta/versions/?page=1#version-1.3.0)

[Affected versions]:
Nightly 49.0a1
Firefox Developer Edition 48.0a2

[Affected platforms]:
Windows 10
Ubuntu 15.04

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox
2. Press Ctrl+L to focus the awesome bar
3. Press Ctrl+C to display the Hello copy panel 
4. Click on Not Now button to dismiss the Hello copy panel 
5. Press Ctrl+T to open a new tab
6. Press Ctrl+C to display the Hello copy panel.

[Expected result]:
After step 6, the Hello copy panel is properly displayed.

[Actual result]:
After step 6, the Hello copy panel is displayed having the "Not now" button highlighted for a moment. Please see the attached screen-cast for more details.

[Regression range]:
- not a regression.

[Additional notes]:
The issue is not reproducible on Mac OS X.

We should check this, but time box it, as it is not a blocker for 1.3.
