This is an old crash (first seen on 2011-01-09), that has been spiking recently on Firefox 47 (#41 top crasher).

The reason for the crash is EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION_WRITE at address 0.

The stacks in the crash reports are often different, for example:

Unfortunately this DLL is set up as a Winsock LSP, so adding it to the regular DLL blocklist would completely disable networking on affected users' machines. :-(
