[Affected platforms]:
- Windows 7 64-bit
- Mac OS X 10.9.5

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Start Firefox
2. Signin to Synced tabs
3. Connect to more then one device with the same account
4. Select one device
5. Click the arrow to show the tabs from another device

[Expected result]:
- Selected device does not show any visual issues.

[Actual result]:
- Selected device flickers each time dropdown arrow is clicked.

[Regression range]:
- Not sure if this is a regression, will check ASAP.

- This does not reproduce in Bookmarks or History sidebar.

This is not a regression because this issue was introduced with the implementation of the sidebar (build from 2016-01-29), bug 1210586.

This is probably caused by the fact that we re-render the list multiple times, we could try to be clever and update the DOM only when necessary.
