User Story

As a room owner on the ToC, I can search for new content in the URL bar. The content will be loaded in a new tab.

Acceptance criteria:
- As the search is validated the target URL is loaded in a new tab
- Same behavior (sidebar, comms, tab sharing) applies to when I am browsing a content opened from the room.
