Details

based on experiments Jonas did last year and where we are now, I would like to have a pool of 10-20 machines of each type where I can push to try and collect a few hundred data points (i.e. jobs, probably more like 330 jobs/type).
I created gecko-talos-c3large and gecko-talos-c4large worker types.  You should be able to submit tasks using them.  I'll leave this bug open until these worker types are confirmed to work correctly for you.

These have been created and should work. C4 instance required additional launchspec configuration for an EBS volume.
