2002022008, but quite old, several weeks at least.

When I click bookmarks and the active page has more entries than fit on screen,
windoze start menu style triangle scollers are at top and bottom of the active
bookmarks page. Placing the mouse pointer over the bottom triangle causes the
content of the bookmarks window to scroll upward, revealing additional
bookmarks. Placing the mouse pointer over the top triangle causes nothing to
happen, even though the window has previously been scrolled downward. The only
way I can reach bookmarks that have previously disappeared from the top of the
window is to use the keyboard up arrow.
