User Story

As a room Owner, I can share my tabs with a room guest.

Acceptance criteria:
- The Tab sharing button will not be visible when I am alone in the room
- If I am not alone in the room (someone joins) the Tab sharing button will be enabled.
- Shared pointers will be enabled when tab sharing is active
- If the guest declines the tab sharing offer, I will be notified and the tab sharing button will remain enabled (but muted).
- Both the guest and I can stop tab sharing
