We don't provide win64 installers for stub-installers for win64. We need to remove them from bouncer configs in http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/file/tip/testing/mozharness/configs/releases.
This blocks the work in bug 1214487 as the new uptake monitoring compute system in tree builds up a list of products out of the current bouncer configs. Since it won't find entries for win64 stub-installers, uptake monitoring is likely to always timeout.
