When changing themes, icons on bottom left do not change appropriately.

Details
Expected results: when changing themes (from modern to classic for example), the
icons on the bottom left for Mail, Composer and Address Book should change to
the new theme when it is selected.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Mozilla.
2. Go to View, Apply Theme and select new theme.
3. New theme will be initialized.
4. On the lower left hand corner, the icons for Mail, Composer and Address Book
will still have the old icons on the menu bar.
I have only had this happen on 0.9.8, Build ID: 2002020415
NOTE: Please accept my apologies in advance if this is a duplicate bug.
Note - this only happens with the default, preinstalled themes (ie: modern &
classic). NOT with third party themes.
