I think we'd need some UX help on this. We have a couple of questions:
* does the context menu change depending upon what a user clicks on?
* what would they look like?
* should we support all the choices of Desktop: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Add-ons/WebExtensions/API/contextMenus
