'Future' shouldn't be in the Bugzilla Guide.  It was never completed, contains
opinions which (unfortunately for us all) are not shared by the whole team,
contains out of date comments, and so on.

It would be to point to the master plan on the web page.

Barnboy changed his email address and opened a new account instead of having the
address changed on his existing one.  Reassigning all docs bugs to his new account.
