1269255 - When I select "wrap text" in scratchpad, it doesn't scroll to visible code; horizontal scrolling is still available

2. Copy url of the tab opened in Step 1
3. Open scratchpad, select all text there, press Ctrl+V
4. Click "View" -> "Wrap Text"
5. Press Down key, then scroll scratchpad content to the left via scrollbar

AR:
 Step 4 - code isn't visible.
 Step 5 - only half of each line is highlighted; it's possible to scroll the content horizontally

ER:  
 Step 4 - code should be visible
 Step 5 - each highlighted line should be highlighted from beginning to end; no horizontal scrollbar

There're 2 regressions
[1] Everything works OK -> horizontal scrollbar appears after Step 4
[2] Horizontal scrollbar appears after Step 4 -> all issues described in AR take place

Scratchpad was removed in Bug 1519103 (Firefox 72). You can check the alternative in https://wiki.developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Deprecated_tools#Scratchpad .

The Scratchpad bug list was reviewed and I think this bug can be safely closed.
