User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.11; rv:48.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/48.0 Build ID: 20160501004106 Steps to reproduce: Opened YouTube and my own <video>, then entered fullscreen Actual results: Firefox didn't create new virtual desktop in Spaces as Safari does, but drowned everything. When I tried to enter fullscreen on the second monitor, system components on primary monitor disapared (I attached screenshot of primary monitor). Expected results: Firefox should create new virtual desktop in Spaces as Safari does, because it's more comfortable, when entering fullscreen on second monitor, system components will not disappear.

With full-screen-api.macos-native-full-screen set to false and when in fullscreen, Firefox doesn't create a new virtual desktop for the video.
With full-screen-api.macos-native-full-screen set to true, Firefox will create an additional desktop space for the fullscreen video as Safari does.

Tests were performed on macOS 10.15.7 and 11.2.2. Per discussion with Martin, the issues that are not reproducible with the above pref can be closed.

@csasca, if we can't reproduce a bug with full-screen-api.macos-native-full-screen=true, let's close the bug as a dupe of bug 1631735 instead of resolving it as fixed. That indicates the bug is fixed in Nightly, but in this case it won't be fixed until bug 1631735 lands.
