Inside the mail composing window, the shortcut keys for File->"Send Now"
(Ctrl+Return) and File->"Send Later" (Ctrl+Shift+Return) simply don't work.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Mozilla.
2. Open Mail & Newsgroups
3. Click on compose.
4. Type a message.
5. Hold Ctrl and hit return. Then Hold Ctrl, Hold Shift and hit return.

Actual Results:  Nothing happens.

Expected Results:  The mail should have been sent (when I tried Ctrl+Return) or
should have been queued (when I tried Ctrl+Shift+Return).

This bug is very annoying, please fix it for me. I promise to send
you an orange cake, just mail me which address to send to :-)

If I download the current nightly build is this feature going to work correctly?
I really need Ctrl+Shift+Enter to queue messages...
