It seems as if sea-master1 hasn't been updating its puppet conf for some time.
puppet agent --test exits with:
[root@sea-master1.community.scl3.mozilla.com ~]# puppet agent --test
Info: Retrieving pluginfacts
Info: Retrieving plugin
Info: Loading facts
Error: Could not retrieve catalog from remote server: Error 400 on SERVER: Could not find class toplevel::server::buildmaster::seamonkey for sea-master1.community.scl3.mozilla.com on node sea-master1.community.scl3.mozilla.com
Warning: Not using cache on failed catalog
Error: Could not retrieve catalog; skipping run
The logs seem to go back to Mar with the same issue and I believe it's with the
updated seabld key that brought this bug into focus.

also, this also required additional changes to the secrets file.
Needed to add stage-*_ldap_password entries.

Now that it is unhooked, there's a flood of exceptions relating to
dns error. mail.build.mozilla.org
Any ideas Callek?

Apparently it's related to what prompted bug 1142967
