[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Start FX with a new profile
2. Open http://testsafebrowsing.appspot.com/
3. Download an uncommon file (no 5)
[Expected result]:
- Yellow state indicator persist over the download indicator until clicked
[Actual result]:
- Yellow state indicator shows up for 1 sec, then disappears. If downloading the file again, the yellow state persists until clicked.
[Regression range]:
- introduced with bug 1139472
[Additional notes]:
- This is happening on a clean profile on the first download only.
Same behavior for other download types (malicious).
