User Story
As a Hello user I do not want to be prompted to use Hello as I copy a URL. How do we detect if someone is an existing Hello user? Someone who has been through the desktop client FTU already.

This didn't make it into 1.3. Romain: do you think we should do this for 47?

Will there be a new add-on release different from v1.3 made along with FF47? If yes then it seems valuable to bring this in otherwise it feels like overhead to create a release only to bring this feature.

We can push out a "release" but do it alongside the normal Firefox release - so not using the update system. This is less intensive work, I'm currently thinking (though not sure) we might need more minor fixes to work out what's going on with stats...

Later in the Akita development we'll create a plan on how we use the URL Copy feature in Akita.
