1270697 - Pages do not load from cache via link clicks if connectivity was lost while tab was opened

Steps to reproduce:
- open some webpage A
- click on some link B, let it load
- turn on Airplane mode
- Go Back -> offline cached version of page A will load
- click on the same link B
- bug! page doesn't load, complains about connectivity
- Go Back -> offline cached version of page A will load
- Go Forward -> offline cached version of page B will load!

However, if you will now close this tab entirely, and open the same page A in a new tab - it will load in the offline mode, and clicking on link B will take you to its offline cached version. Back/Forward actions will also work correctly, as before.
