Users should be able to open resource mapped files (see https://github.com/mozilla/devtools-reqs/blob/master/resource-maps/index.md and bug 1026674) in an external editor of their choice.

This improves the workflow of live editing pages, as it allows the users to keep editing the page within the editor they use for their project.

I wish I had this since I have configured my sourcemaps. I mean, going to my text editor and searching for the right line isn't the end of the world, but it would be a great QoL improvement of the devtools to be able to send some command to my text editor when clicking on that sourcemap reference.
