User Story

As a FF Hello user (Owner or Guest) in a room, I get notified when users add/delete content so that I can chose to enable audio/video comms.

Acceptance criteria:
- Owner notification:
-- In-chat message explaining the event
-- Pop-up notification explaining the event (system notification) if Firefox is opened but the room´s window is not in the foreground.
- Guest notification:
-- In-chat message explaining the event
-- Pop-up notification explaining the event (HTML5 notification)
