User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:45.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/45.0 Build ID: 20160407164938 Steps to reproduce: Go to Youtube and watch a video in fullscreen. Actual results: The mouse pointer won't disappear. To do so, you have to move the mouse again. Expected results: The mouse pointer should be hidden when entering fullscreen mode on videos.

Doesn't appear to be an APZ issue, specially since APZ isn't even enabled on 45.
