Right now, the non-e10s job has a timeout of 12000s, which is extreme overkill. On the other hand, the e10s version is 1800s, which we're barely scraping by right now since the 1.0.3 update landed a bunch more tests. Let's just use 5400s (90m) across the board, which should give some headroom to Linux debug without being insane.
