Details

We have a need for classification-level (or product-level) submitterchoosemilestone capability. Perhaps by creating a bunch of canedit<classification>milestone groups and use that in create.html.tmpl. In fact, these groups could also be used in bug.check_can_change_field. Granted, this is tied to a specific field. Can imagine having this capability for all fields, not just the milestone field.
