Some web sites have icons (for instance Freshmeat.net, even Mozilla.org) which
will appear in the top left of the URL menu as well as in saved bookmarks.

When a site with an icon is saved as a bookmark, Mozilla does not save the icon
after the browser is closed and restarted.

This happens on the Personal Toolbar Folder as well as the Bookmarks menu.



Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to www.freshmeat.net.
2. Bookmark site.
3. A yellow icon will appear next to the bookmark.
4. Close Mozilla completely.
5. Restart Mozilla.
6. Site Icon will no longer appear.

Actual Results:  The web site's icon disapeared.

Expected Results:  Mozilla should save the icon and it should appear every time
Mozilla is started without having to go the specific web site.
