They should be landing soon (if not today). Note that we still have to validate the reuploader implementation (bug 1268513) and can probably batch these validations.

Alessio reviewed this and didn't see any issues.

There might be valuable follow-up work in digging into the various clock and date offset issues, but this is best left to separate detailed analysis on release data and unrelated to validating the implementation here.
