When there are enough email addreses in the "To" field in a composition to
require scrolling.  Scrolling with my mousewheel causes a crash.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1."Reply all" to message with many addresses
2.Scroll in "To" field with mousewheel
3.

Actual Results:  Mozilla crashed.  Quality Feedback agent popped up.

Expected Results:  Scrolled through "To" list
