1) I'm not generally doing uplifts anymore.
2) Aurora is closed at the moment. This will presumably be uplifted by one of the sheriffs once it's reopened and uplifts resume.

This is adding a locale to single locale builds (outside of Play Store), it should not be included in release notes.

Not sure how the flag was missed before. New bugs have that information right away, sorry about the confusion.
