Details
The theory is that if a user kills the browser, we lose one tick of the SLOW_SCRIPT_PAGE_COUNT counter which would throw off our stats to some degree.

No need to do any work here. If the user kills the browser during a hung script, we have no way of catching it. slow script accumulations happen after a timeout so, even if we could flush telemetry before this, no data has been accumulated.
