Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Bring up an email in an IMAP folder
2. ^R
3. watch it say : open or save attachment instead of opening an email window.

*. Msg Edit works OK but breaks after a ^R

The first time a "reply to msg" is tried, a mime.rdf file is created with the
following contents:

<RDF xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/02/22-rdf-syntax-ns#"
xmlns:NC="http://home.netscape.com/NC-rdf#">

  <Description about="urn:mimetypes"> 
    <NC:MIME-types>

	    </Seq> 
    </NC:MIME-types>

Reply to emails and the 2nd one cause the creation of the mime.rdf file and the
error.

Reply to one email then File/Exit and run Mozilla again it is possible to reply
to another email.  Just don't try to reply to 2 emails in the same session. 
File/Quit inbetween.  Its a workaround but an @#$ one.
