Hey Victor, the {{docstatus}} macro isn't meant to be used on the Russian page – it is for English status only. Instead what we want to display there is the status of the localization, which is done by this macro call: {{LocalizationStatusInSection("/en-US/docs/Web/CSS", "ru")}}. See the other locales, which have the same. E.g. https://developer.mozilla.org/de/docs/MDN/Doc_status/CSS I fixed the Russian page to show the localization status.
