Expected results: It should show security and Sync preferences respectively.

Works correctly on my nightly. Can you try with a new profile https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles#w_creating-a-profile or at least in safe mode https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode ?
