127313 - hidden toolbars are shown upon exiting Print Preview.

Using View->Show/Hide,  I have hidden my personal toolbar and navigation toolbar
because I don't use them and they take up space.  When I go into Print Preview,
the File toolbar is also hidden, assumably by design. (Though wierdly, the Site
navigation toolbar isn't hidden, but I am using a patch which may be affecting
its behavior so I am reticent to file a bug on that).  When I exit Print Preview
by clicking on the Close button in the toolbar, the File toolbar, Navigation
toolbar, and Personal Toolbar all become visible.  The Navigation and Personal
toolbars are unchecked in the View->Show/Hide menu, but they only need to be
clicked once in order to get them to hide.

Expected Behavior:  The toolbars should revert to the state they were in before
I entered Print Preview which in my case means the Personal toolbar and
Navigation toolbar should remain hidden.

I am using a CVS build from a couple of hours ago(~9:15PST,2/22/2002).
