Details
This is the only page that I have tried to load recently that uses frames. It
does not render properly in either 0.9.8 (Build ID 2002020811) or the latest
build that I have installed (Build ID 2002022103) In milestone 0.9.8, none of
the frame renders at all and in build 2002022103, the frame renders incorrectly
and does not completely load.

The page http://www.ohp-louisiana.com renders correctly using two different
linux builds 2001090111 and 0.9.8. This appears to only be a problem with
Windows builds.

Boyd Bourque, please update to the latest release of Mozilla, 1.0RC1, and try
to render that page.
If whatever problem you were having is fixed in that release, please resolve
the bug. Otherwise, possibly take a screenshot of how it looks on your machine?
Thanks for testing Mozilla.
