CPU utilization pegs when browsing the URL.  Does not recover within 5 minutes.
 Effect is application freeze.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  Mozilla becomes non-responsive

only contains a !element tag.  These are XML tags (?) that the page assumes
would not be handled by the browser.  The page should instead have:

<!ELEMENT>

The page has invalid tags, but Mozilla should not hang.

the given URL no longer contains an invalid ELEMENT tag, and bug 121841, which
was actually causing the hang, has been fixed.
